CTMH Subscription Service

Beginning September 1, 2018, Close to My Heart is offering a subscription service.  Every month you can have a kit show up on your doorstep in a pink box!

These kits are the Cut Above format. They include everything you need to make TWO double layouts, except adhesive and your album.  It even includes the page protectors.  These are the layouts you will receive the first four months - September through December.

This is a subscription service. Once you sign up, you are enrolled and automatically billed each period until you end your subscription.
There are three different ways to sign up for the subscription.
1 - Monthly subscription. You sign up using your credit/debit card and receive one shipment for one double layout every month.  You are able to cancel any month.  The cost is $17.95 plus $4.95 shipping each month - plus your local tax rate.
2 - 4 month subscription.  You sign up using your credit/debit card and receive one shipment with four double layouts every 4 months.  You are able to cancel between shipments, but there are no returns or refunds on layouts you have already received.  The cost is $64.60 plus $4.95 shipping for the 4 months -plus your local tax rate. This is equal to $16.15 per layout and $1.24 shipping.
3 - Yearly subscription.  You sign up using your credit/debit card and receive one shipment with four double layouts every 4 months.  You can not cancel between shipments - you will receive 3 of the shipments for a total of 12 double layouts.  If you cancel your subscription, it will cancel for the following year. The cost is $172.32 - plus your local tax rate.  There are no shipping fees added if you select this option.  This is equal to $14.36 per layout and $0 in shipping!
If you receive all 12 layouts:
Option 1 costs $274.80 plus tax.  (billed monthly)
Option 2 costs $208.65 plus tax, a savings of $66.15.  (billed every 4 months)
Option 3 costs $172.32 plus tax, a savings of $102.48 over Option 1 and $36.33 over Option 2. (billed once a year).
**You can only cancel the subscription between billings.**
