G'day Mate!

More Into the Wild, but this time, the Wild's of Australia!  CTMH has this super cute set of Aussie animals, designed for the Australian market, but available to us Americans.  I colored them with the Shin-Hans and fussy cut them.

Run Wild

As  you can tell, I REALLY love the Into the Wild papers!  I blew right through the entire kit on a Saturday, making all the layouts and cards I've been showing you here.  This is another layout from the Workshop Your Way, but I modified it a bit. Here is the CTMH version (first one):

And here is my version:
I used the Into the Wild Cardmaking stamp set to add some detail to my White Daisy background.  My big square of blue will probably accommodate a quartet of smaller pictures. The wooden (look) creatures on the compliment sets are so cute!

I Moose You!

Another card with Into the Wild papers.  I used the shaker dies, silver sequins (a few too many, but oh well).  I cut the moose head using the dies, then fussy cut the rest of his antlers to add after building the shaker part.  The words are typed on my computer.

Wild Triangles

This is another layout using Into the Wild - pretty generic for whatever pictures I end up choosing, but really great colors.  I did use the Charming Borders for the dragonflies and decorated their wings with the clear shimmer brush. This layout is a version of some of the Feels like Home deluxe instructions. I liked the triangles, which are Cricut cuts.

Best Friends

I'm loving the May stamp of the month!  Here I used the Into the Wild papers, white glitter paper (now retired, ack!), stitched squares and rectangles, Shin-Han markers and some old enamel dots.  I stamped the ladies on the white square, on the green paper and the blue paper, then fussy cut the colored papers to paper piece their dresses.  The skirts and small lines are colored with the markers.
There is a lot of artwork on Pinterest using this stamp set.  It comes with a set of flowers and balloons designed to fit into her downward hand.

Into the Wild

My favorite kit of the new seasonal catalog is into the Wild.  I love the blues, greens and grays in this set!  This layout is one of the 3 included in the Workshop Your Way guide.  It's designed for four 4"x4" photos, but wouldn't be too hard to modify to 4-5 4"x6" photos and another small one added to the LARGE journaling block, which is probably what I'll do with some of that space.

You can't tell it from this picture, but I stitched (with a sewing machine) the top of the explore banner.  The papers are from the cutting sheet, and come with little printed stitch marks.  When I glued the two wooden triangles down, I used liquid glass, but only on the right side, so I could slide photos in when I find the right ones.
Have you noticed the new tip (sold separately) for our liquid glass bottles?  It gives you a superfine point, and a clog free tip - just make sure the metal wire slides into the tip when you close it!

Paper Suite Quartet

There are four new paper packs in the Seasonal Expressions 2 catalog.  For each paper suite (pack), there are 4 different kits you can purchase.  Here I'm showing you the Sweet Girl suite.
The first is the easiest - a Cut Above kit.  Two layouts for $18.

Second - the basic scrapbook kit - what we all have come to know and love.  It includes what you need to make 3 double layouts, including instructions.

Third - a deluxe scrapbooking kit.  This kit has different instructions, additional supplies and requires additional tools and inks.  These creations can be double layouts, single layouts, PML layouts or mini books.  Each kit is different.  These deluxe kits are a step up from the basic kits, involving techniques for your more seasoned scrappers or those who want to learn something new.

Fourth - a card kit.  These include two designs and supplies to make 6 cards of each design.  Your card kit includes envelopes and a stamp set that is exclusive to the card kit.
If you are super creative and do not need any help then the basic paper pack or PML cards may work for you!
