April Bells & Whistles

This is the layout we'll be doing at the Bells & Whistles workshop on April 20th.  I designed it to be a birthday page, but the color's lend themselves to a pool page too.  In my sample I have the balloons the 4 bright primary colors, but there will be 6 colors to choose from at the workshop - Ruby, Sapphire, Willow, Lemon, Blossom and Lagoon.  You can match the balloons to suit your pictures.  Switching the Ruby out and using Lagoon will co-ordinate better for pool pages.
The star background paper is a masking technique you will do at the workshop.
